Regeneration

In May 2006 LPC Living and Salford City Council signed the Development Framework for Ordsall.

This means more than £150m is being invested in Ordsall resulting in major new benefits to new and existing residents including:

  • Brand new shopping facilities
  • A state-of-the-art primary school and children’s centre
  • Brand new family housing
  • New health and community facilities
  • Improvements to open spaces in Ordsall

This masterplan is the result of years of planning and consultation with existing residents, community groups and award-winning architects, BPTW.
